Salmon Macaroni Salad

Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked macaroni
1 14.5 oz. can Salmon, drained
½ cup diced celery
¼ cup diced onion
2 Tbs. lemon juice
1 tsp. dried thyme
2 Tbs. Miracle Whip
Salt & Pepper

 

Directions:

Cook macaroni to al dente stage, about 6 minutes.  Drain and rinse in cold water to cool.   Put all ingredients into a large bowl and mix gently.

Yield: 4 servings - 1 serving = 6 Weight Watchers points
