Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

1-1/2 pounds ground turkey
2 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
2 tablespoons finely diced onion
1 egg white, lightly beaten
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1/2 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper

 

Directions:

1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey, seasoned bread crumbs, onion, egg whites, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper. Form into 6 patties.
2. Cook the patties in a medium skillet over medium heat, turning once, to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F (85 degrees C).
