Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

3 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. each chopped fresh parsley, green onions, celery leaves
1 (12 oz.) pork tenderloin
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. ground ginger
½ tsp. ground garlic
Salt and pepper

 

Directions:

Combine ingredients in a zippered plastic bag, turning the tenderloin to coat with marinade. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature, turning several times.   Heat enough olive oil to just cover the bottom of a heavy skillet.  Sear the tenderloin on all sides, only a minute or two on each side.  Place tenderloin (still in the skillet) in the over at 450 degrees for 20 minutes.
