Ingredients:2 tbsp. dry mustard 1 (4 to 5 lb.) pork loin Jezebel Sauce: |

Directions:Marinate roast in above mixture for 3 to 4 hours. Remove from marinade. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Bake 2 1/2 hours to 3 hours. Combine preserves, soy sauce, and sherry. Cook on low heat until preserves melt. Serve sauce with pork. |
