Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients:1 (6 ounce) package spaghetti |

Directions:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook spaghetti according to package directions. Drain and return to hot pan. Stir in the butter, parmesan cheese, and eggs while spaghetti is hot. Pour the spaghetti mixture into the bottom of a buttered 10 inch pie pan and press it down in the center and up the sides, forming a crust. Top the spaghetti crust with the leftover spaghetti sauce. (Of course you can make fresh sauce or use a store-bought sauce.) Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top then bake for 25 minutes. You can turn on the broiler for the last 5 minutes and brown the top slightly if you like. |
