Mushroom and Onion Topping For Beef

Ingredients:1/4 cup Butter or Margarine |

Directions:In a skillet, over medium-low heat, melt butter. Add onions and sauté stirring frequently, 3 minutes. Add mushrooms and parsley and sauté until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes longer. Add Worcestershire sauce, wine, soy sauce, salt, and pepper and sauté until ingredients are blended, 2 minutes longer. Serve immediately over steak or other beef. |
