Cashew-Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

1 cup roasted and salted cashews
1 cup unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
1 tablespoon minced garlic, about 6 cloves
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced

 

Directions:

Combine in food processor. Use on baked fish.
