AHA All-Purpose Herb Mix

From the American Heart Association

Ingredients:

1/2 teaspoon ground Red Pepper (Cayenne)
1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
1 teaspoon each of the following dried, ground herbs:
   Basil
   Black Pepper
   Mace
   Onion Powder
   Parsley
   Savory
   Sage
   Thyme

 

Directions:

Put all ingredients in a food processor or spice grinder and mix until well blended. Store in an air-tight jar. This no-salt blend is wonderful on chicken, pork, beef, or seafood!
