Smoked Salmon Cracker Spread

Ingredients:

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 t. salt
1 T. lemon juice
1 t. Liquid Smoke
1/2 t. prepared horseradish
16 oz. can salmon, drained and flaked
1/2 cup Chopped pecans, divided
Chopped fresh parsley

 

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the chopped pecans and the parsley. Roll cheese mixture into a ball, using plastic wrap if necessary to make handling easier. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup of chopped pecans with the chopped parsley and roll the ball in the mixture until it is covered. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Serve with crackers.
