Ingredients:8 oz. cream cheese, softened |

Directions:Combine all ingredients except for 1/4 cup of the chopped pecans and the parsley. Roll cheese mixture into a ball, using plastic wrap if necessary to make handling easier. Combine the remaining 1/4 cup of chopped pecans with the chopped parsley and roll the ball in the mixture until it is covered. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Serve with crackers. |
