Guacamole

Ingredients:

3 ripe avocados, diced
1 cup diced tomatoes, drained and seeded
¼ cup diced onion
3 cloves garlic, diced (1-2 tsps.)
6 drops Tabasco Sauce or Hot Sauce
Fresh lemon or lime juice
Salt & Pepper to taste

 

Directions:

Squeeze lemon or lime juice over cut avocados. In a medium bowl, mash avocados with a fork. Stir in other ingredients. Serve immediately with crisp tortilla chips. Guacamole will freeze, but it won’t keep long exposed to the air.
