Braunschweiger Ball

Ingredients:

1 lb. Braunschweiger
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Icing:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. horseradish

 

cranberry orange nut bread

Directions:

Mix in mixer until blended. Chill.

Form chilled Braunschweiger into a ball and cover with cream cheese icing. Refrigerate until set. Ball can be rolled in chopped parsley or chopped pecans, or both. Serve with (GF) crackers or corn chips.
