Maury’s Tiny Cove Steakhouse is a well-known Cincinnati restaurant on Harrison Avenue in Cheviot. Great food!

Ingredients:

1 c. mayonnaise
¼ c. chili sauce
1 T. minced onion
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
2 t. chopped fresh parsley
1 T. chopped canned beets
1 T. beet juice
2 T. prepared celery seed dressing (any brand)

Directions:

Combine all and chill before serving. Makes 1 ½ cups of dressing.
