Hot Crabmeat-Avocado Salad |
Ingredients: 8 oz. Crabmeat, cartilage removed (imitation
crabmeat may be used) |
Directions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix
crabmeat, celery, eggs, pimiento, onion, salt and mayo. Mix well.
Cut unpeeled avocados in half lengthwise and remove pits. Brush with
lemon juice, place cut side up in glass baking dish and sprinkle
lightly with salt. Fill each avocado with crabmeat mixture. Toss
bread crumbs in melted butter and sprinkle over avocados. Bake in
pre-heated oven for 10 minutes. |
