FOUR BEAN SALAD

This is a great take along potluck dish. Leftovers are delicious.


Ingredients:

1 can (16 oz) green beans
1 can (16 oz) wax beans
1 can (12-16 oz) lima beans
1 can (16 oz) kidney beans
½ green pepper, chopped
¾ onion, chopped

Dressing:

¾ c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 t. salt
½ t. pepper

Directions:

Drain all beans and rinse well in cold water. Place beans in large bowl. Add green pepper and onion. Mix dressing ingredients and pour over bean mixture. Cover and refrigerate 2 days, stirring each day.

Serves: 12-15
