Ceil’s Old Fashioned Picnic
Potato Salad (Bring on the fried chicken - Good!) |
Ingredients: 4 c. cooked,
peeled, cubed potatoes (about 5 to 6 medium) |
Directions: Mix all ingredients except SLICED hard-boiled
egg in large mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. It is best to make sure
you mix very well after each new item is added. Use sliced hard-boiled
egg to decorate the top of the potato salad after you are finished
mixing. Sprinkle with a little paprika for color if you wish. Cover
with aluminum foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate 3 hours to overnight
before serving. |
