Crabmeat Appetizer

Ingredients:

6 ½ oz. Crabmeat, canned or fresh
½ c. butter, melted
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 t. sour cream
1 t. onion flakes
1 dash each:
   
Salt
  Worcestershire sauce
  Tabasco
  Black pepper
1 package English muffins.

Directions:

Remove muffins from package and split into halves. Combine all other ingredients in bowl and mix well. Spread on English muffin halves. After spreading crabmeat mixture on muffins take large knife and quarter each muffin half. Place on cookie sheet and broil for 5 minutes or until hot and bubbly. Watch carefully in broiler so that it does not burn.

Serve warm.
